Definitions & Conditions
- Pigeon delivery period: May 1st, 2026 – July 1st, 2026
- Entry fee per pigeon: AED 800 (€200 / $236)
- Each team consists of 5 pigeons
- Use 1 box for 5 pigeons; then open a new box for the next 5 pigeons (each box holds one team of 5).
- No free pigeons in the first season; all participants will receive 1 free pigeon per team in future seasons
- All participating pigeons must have 2026 Ring
Payments
- Payment for 1 pigeon per team must be made upon delivery
- Remaining fees must be paid after the first inventory and before training begins
- Payments are made through the Zajel Al Khaleej website: www.zajelalkhaleej.ae
- Non-activated pigeons will be excluded from the start of training
- Prize money will be transferred to winners after each race
Health & Veterinary
- Vaccination is the responsibility of the participant, and pigeons must be in good health
- The medical committee has the right to exclude any pigeon showing signs of illness or physical weakness from the start of intake
- The loft management will appoint a specialized and experienced veterinarian in pigeon racing
- Loft management is fully responsible for medication, feed, and training, and participants are not allowed to interfere
Pigeon Auction
- Proceeds from sold pigeons will be split 50/50 between the participant and loft management, after deducting auction-related fees and expenses
- If a pigeon is bought back by its owner at auction, half the value must be paid
- The winner of the car may choose to receive its cash value, bearing any price difference; shipping costs (if required) are at their own expense
Loft Management
- The loft will be managed by professional fanciers
- International consultant veterinarians have been appointed for ongoing pigeon care
- Participants will be notified of any changes to the schedule or operations
- Each participant must complete the participation form with full and accurate details for communication purposes
- Ace Pigeon system is based on total points accumulated by each pigeon in each race, not on speed average
- Headwind is not required
